We want everyone to be able to use this site. Here is what we do, what we know needs work, and how to reach us if something is in your way.

1. Our commitment
archCTO is committed to making archcto.com usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, which is the standard referenced by Ontario's Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and widely used in the United States under the ADA and Section 508.
2. What we have done
- Semantic HTML with meaningful headings, landmarks and labelled form fields.
- Keyboard-accessible navigation, menus, tabs and interactive elements with visible focus states.
- Text alternatives for illustrations and icons; decorative visuals are hidden from screen readers.
- Sufficient colour contrast and text that scales with browser settings.
- Motion that respects the "reduce motion" preference in your operating system.
- Responsive layouts that work on phones, tablets and desktops without horizontal scrolling.
3. Known limitations
Third-party tools we link to, such as scheduling calendars, are outside our control and may not meet the same standard. Some older PDF or downloadable materials may not be fully accessible; we will provide an accessible alternative on request.
4. Feedback and alternative formats
If you experience a barrier on this site, or need information in an alternative format, email info@archcto.com with the page address and a description of the issue. We aim to acknowledge feedback within 5 business days and to fix or provide a workaround as quickly as possible.
5. Review
We review accessibility as part of every significant site change and at least annually. This statement was last reviewed on the date shown above.
Email info@archcto.com or use the contact form . We respond to privacy and legal requests within 30 days.
