1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of archcto.com and its content (the "Site"), operated by archCTO ("archCTO", "we", "us", "our"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Consulting, software and related services are governed by a separate written agreement with each client; where that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls for that engagement.
2. Informational content only
Articles, use cases, illustrations and other content on the Site are provided for general information about technology leadership, automation, integration and AI. They are not legal, financial, medical, engineering or professional advice, and they are not a substitute for a written assessment of your specific situation. Figures and examples are illustrative, anonymized and drawn from typical engagements; results vary by organization. Do not rely on Site content to make decisions without independent evaluation.
3. Intellectual property
The Site and everything on it, including text, articles, use cases, illustrations, diagrams, design and code, are owned by archCTO or its licensors and protected by copyright law in Canada, the United States and internationally. Copyright arises automatically on creation and does not depend on registration or the presence of a © notice.
The archCTO name, logo and the "Smart. Lean. Impactful." tagline are trademarks of archCTO, whether or not registered, and are protected under Canadian and United States trademark and unfair-competition law through our use of them in commerce.
The archCTO Agentic AI Framework and our related methods, templates, checklists and delivery materials are proprietary and confidential information of archCTO. They are disclosed to clients only under a signed engagement or confidentiality agreement and are protected as trade secrets and confidential information, in addition to any copyright in their written form.
