Situation, approach, outcome.
Situation
A life-sciences strategy team has to know when new clinical results, regulatory notices or competitor moves change its working assumptions. Reading everything every day is not realistic, and missing one item is costly.
Approach
The blueprint uses a scanning agent limited to approved sources, an analyst agent that compares each item with a versioned register of the team’s assumptions, and a reviewer that checks every claim against its cited source. Before anyone relies on it, the design is back-tested against a frozen historical period to see what it would have caught. The accountable scientific lead makes every decision.
Outcome
Designed so the team reviews a short, sourced list of material changes instead of the whole feed, with a decision record that shows why each assumption changed.
